This Privacy Policy explains how ParkAproov collects, uses, and retains information submitted through the guest parking registration system.

When you register for guest parking or use this service, we collect the following information:

• •Vehicle information — make, color, and license plate number associated with your parking session

The information you provide is used solely for the operation of the ParkAproov guest parking system:

• •Parking management — to create, track, and manage guest parking sessions within your building
• •SMS notifications — to send you parking approval or denial messages, and session status updates
• •Identity verification — to confirm your phone number before submitting a parking request

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent and mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the guest parking notifications described in this policy.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on guest parking activity at your unit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Data Retention

Parking session records — including associated personal information — are retained for 12 months from the date of the session.

After this period, session data is deleted from our systems unless retention is required by applicable law or building management policy.
