Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ParkAproov guest parking system. By submitting a parking request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParkAproov guest parking registration system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this service.

Permitted Use

This service is provided exclusively for guest parking registration at the property associated with your request. Permitted use includes:

  • •Submitting a parking request as a guest visiting a resident of this building
  • •Providing accurate vehicle and contact information for the duration of your visit

Any other use of this system, including fraudulent submissions or registering on behalf of another person without their consent, is strictly prohibited.

SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ParkAproov related to your parking request, including:

  • •One-time verification codes
  • •Parking approval or denial notifications
  • •Session status updates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your parking activity. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages.

No Guarantee of Availability

Submitting a parking request does not guarantee a parking spot. Availability of parking is subject to:

  • •Current occupancy of the requested spot at the time of your request
  • •Approval by the resident associated with the spot
  • •Building management policies in effect at the time

ParkAproov makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of any parking spot.

Right to Deny Parking

Building management reserves the right to deny parking to any guest at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • •Violation of building parking rules or policies
  • •Inaccurate or incomplete information provided during registration
  • •Prior violations of these Terms of Service

If your parking request is denied, you agree to vacate the parking area immediately. Failure to comply may result in towing at your expense.
